LO’s Varney and Wightman named to Class A All-State volleyball team

Congratulations to Lake Orion’s Kori Varney and Courtney Wightman, who were named to the Michigan Volleyball Coaches Association 2015 Class A All-State Team, as a libero and outside hitter, respectively.  In addition, Lady Dragon Natalie Wehner was named to the All-State third team.  Lake Orion finished with a 61-7 record, losing in the MHSAA District

LO volleyball season ends in epic playoff battle versus Romeo

Dragons rip Wildcats, capture district title!

The Lady Dragons continued to progress through their volleyball district at Waterford Kettering on Wednesday, with a sweep of the Pontiac Phoenix, 25-6, 25-11, 25-16.
